Questions about Custom
What does Custom cost?
Ongoing work starts from $499 a month, whether that is a recurring dataset, a tracking feed or a research retainer. One-off projects are quoted on their own. The price depends mostly on how much new research the brief needs beyond the data we already hold, and you get the quote in writing before anything starts.
How is Custom different from Pro?
Pro is self-serve: the whole database of 62,032 companies, searchable with your own filters and exportable, for $149 a month. Custom is for when the answer needs work on our side, such as a segment the filters cannot express, research beyond the fields we hold, analysis written up for you, or delivery straight into your own systems. If Pro or Radar ($49 a month) covers it, we will say so in the reply.
Do I see the data before I pay?
Yes. Once the brief is scoped we send a sample built to it, so you can check the fields, the coverage and the format against your own use before committing to anything.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, from a person, at sahil@fundediq.co. You also get an email straight away confirming what you sent us.
Can you deliver into our CRM?
Usually, yes. Name the CRM and the fields your team works from in the brief and we will confirm in the reply exactly what can be written where.
What happens to the details I send?
They are stored so we can reply, and used only to answer this request. Sending the form does not add you to any mailing list.
