FundedIQ
For recruiters and staffing firms

Find companies with fresh payroll before the job posts go up.

FundedIQ is the startup funding intelligence platform, with data on 61,835 funded startups. A raise is a hiring plan with a date on it, and each row carries the signals that show how big that plan is.

Radar and Pro start with a 14-day trial. A card is required to start it and nothing is charged until it ends.

How recruiters and staffing firms use it

  1. 01

    Start from your patch

Recruiting is local and specialised. Cut the new file to the cities and sectors you place into, and ignore the rest.

  2. 02

    Size the hiring plan

Read the round amount next to the employee band. Twenty people and a fresh Series A make for a very different hiring year from two hundred people and a small extension round.

  3. 03

    Check the live signals

Open roles and monthly web traffic sit on the row where we hold them. A company with a new round and no posted roles yet is the one to call first.

  4. 04

    Reach whoever approves headcount

At an early-stage company that is usually a founder. Their name, title and verified email are on the row where we hold them.

Questions recruiters and staffing firms ask

Is this a job board?

No. There are no job listings here. Where we hold it, each row carries a count of open roles, which tells you a company is hiring but not for what.

How exact is the headcount?

Employee band is a range such as 11–50, not an exact count. Read it as a size class and pair it with the round amount.

Can I filter by city?

Yes. Pro filters the whole archive by city, country, sector, stage and employee band. On Radar the city is on every row, so sorting to your area is one click in a spreadsheet. There are also free listing pages for the cities we cover.

Who do I contact at the company?

Founders and executives, by name and title, with verified emails and LinkedIn profiles where we hold them. Of the companies funded in the last eight weeks, 69% have a founder with a deliverable email.
