Refund Policy

FundedIQ is a digital data subscription for business use. All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial or unused portions of a billing period.

Try before you pay

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and we email you 3 days before that happens. The trial is the evaluation period — please use it.

During an Alerts trial you receive two weekly issues, capped at 50 rows each. During a Pro trial you get the full application with 100 credits; exports and API access stay switched off. If the product is not right for you, cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account or the billing portal. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your access and weekly emails continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and are not refunded or pro-rated.

Annual plans

Annual plans ($99 a year for Alerts, $699 a year for Pro) are billed in full at purchase and are non-refundable, in whole or in part, at any point in the term.

What we do refund

Duplicate charges, and any charge taken after a cancellation was correctly recorded on our side. Email support@fundediq.co and we will refund it without argument.

Consumers

FundedIQ is sold for business use. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction granting a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services, that right applies and is not waived by this policy.
