DigiSwasthya Foundation

The DigiSwasthya Foundation is a non-profit organization in the healthcare industry. It is registered under the Companies Act of 2013 as a Section 8 organization. Our mission is to bridge the gap between the healthcare needs of rural areas in India and the urban healthcare services available. DigiSwasthya Foundation is being supported by the Atal Innovation Mission, which is backed by NITI Aayog. As part of the 3rd Cohort Incubatees at AIC-RMP, we are listed under the Tech for Social Good category. Using technology, DigiSwasthya aims to make healthcare accessible and affordable in rural India. We have a unique approach where we facilitate tele consultations with doctors from top-tier hospitals, allowing the rural community to receive healthcare services remotely. Our panel of healthcare professionals includes doctors from various specializations and languages. At our telemedicine centers, the patient navigator collects vital health information using digital devices, shares it with doctors, facilitates tele consultations, creates electronic medical records, generates prescriptions, and provides translation services. In addition to telemedicine services, we also offer referral pathways for our patients and collaborate with pharmacies and diagnostic labs to provide them with pro-bono or subsidized healthcare services. DigiSwasthya actively promotes awareness about healthcare through weekly webinars and on-ground awareness camps designed to educate the public about telemedicine. Our team travels from village to village, providing educational materials and teaching people how to access affordable and accessible services through DigiSwasthya's Telemedicine Centers. Currently, we operate five telemedicine centers in rural India where access to healthcare is limited.
