ecop Technologies GmbH
ecop is a technology company that develops, manufactures and sells novel high-temperature large-scale heat pumps and chillers for industrial use. The systems have a much higher efficiency (COP) compared to the prior art and have lower operating costs due to less loaded wearing parts. Further advantages arise when used with different temperature ranges and the possibility of high temperature delivery. The basis for this is the compression of the working fluid by centrifugal force with rotation up to 1800 revolutions and subsequent expansion of the medium in a single-phase process. Several national and international patents have been granted. The working medium is ecologically sustainable (environmentally neutral, no release of greenhouse gases possible) and non-flammable. ecop helps customers recover energy, protect the environment and save costs. Altogether, ecop has 13 employees in the headquarters and production in Neuhofen an der Krems and in the branch office in Vienna, where the development center equipped with the most modern technologies is located. ecop has been awarded a number of prizes, including the European Business Award for the Environment 2018 (Winner The Process Award) of the European Commission, the State Prize Environmental Technology 2018/19, the Innovation Prize of Upper Austria (2nd place), the ÖGUT Environmental Award 2017, the Mercur Innovation Award 16 in the category “Green Economy”, the Daphne Environmental Technology Award in Gold 2016, the EDISON Award 2012, the VIE Energy Globe 2010 and was awarded “winner by passion” 2017 and 2018 by the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.

Easelink is a high-tech company dedicated to facilitate e-mobility at scale with the development of the automated conductive charging technology Matrix Charging® for electric vehicles. The Matrix Charging® system consists of two components: a vehicle unit on the vehicle underbody (Matrix Charging® Connector) and the charging plate in the parking space surface (Matrix Charging® Pad). As soon as the vehicle parks above the charging plate in the parking space, the vehicle is automatically charged via the direct physical connection. The robust system can be used anywhere, either in public spaces or private garages. The innovative character of Easelink can be seen in its many patents and trademarks. Easelink, with sites in Austria and China, currently has 30 employees and plays an important role in various standardization bodies for charging technology, such as the relevant working groups of the Charging Interface Initiative (CharIn), the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Within the framework of cooperative projects, a number of leading automotive manufacturers and suppliers, infrastructure providers and vehicle fleet operators are already making use of the innovative Matrix Charging® technology.
Arcturus develops a proprietary, laser-based manufacturing process to infuse carbon nanomaterials directly into conventional metals like copper and aluminum. This technology creates a new class of advanced composite conductor materials engineered to deliver structural strength, lower density, and superior heat dissipation. By acting as a drop-in replacement for traditional wiring components, the business model avoids the need for full system redesigns while mitigating critical thermal and electrical energy losses across heavy-load infrastructure. The core value proposition centers on significantly expanding power capacity and cutting transmission inefficiencies for high-demand applications including electric motors, data centers, and public utilities.
