Communities In Schools offers site co-ordinator, plan development, tutors, family counseling, college prep, and health services to schools.

Northeastern Vermont Development Association supports landuse, transportation, and emergency services. The E & D Transportation Program supports community members through affordable transportation to medical appointments, local adult day centers, senior meal sites, and to access fresh food at the grocery store. The E&D Transportation Program is designed to serve older adults and people with disabilities. Vermont's Department of Labor provides a ready pool of workers through accessible databases. The Apprenticeship Program, serving hundreds of apprentices and employers statewide, helps to bridge the gap between education and employment. The Vermont Training Program provides specialized training on the job and in the classroom.
