Olivut Resources
The Company’s principal asset is a 100% interest in the HOAM Project in the Interior Plains region of Canada's Northwest Territories. The community of Fort Simpson is located approximately 15 kms from the HOAM property in the south and the village of Deline is located about 20 kms from the project area in the north. This region is considered to be favourable for the emplacement of diamond bearing kimberlites. Olivut has made 29 kimberlite discoveries to date and has additional numerous targets defined for drilling. Prior to Olivut's involvement in the area, this region was subjected to little modern exploration techniques. High resolution, regional magnetic geophysical surveys, detailed heli-mag geophysical surveys and geochem sampling programs all conducted by Olivut have identified several favourable areas for kimberlite occurrence. A National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report (Filed on SEDAR December 12, 2014) was written by Paul Pitman, P.Geo. and details the merits of the HOAM Project.

Volta, cofounded by GoInstant CEO Jevon MacDonald, emphasizes a founder-first, quality-over-quantity approach to building startups. “It’s all about the founders," says MacDonald. “We want to create world-class founders, who in turn will create world-class companies, right here in Halifax." Although it sounds like an accelerator, Volta insists otherwise: "We are a place of mentorship and community and we are not an accelerator," the site reads. Their goal is to provide mentorship, encourage new startups, develop growth in existing startups, develop support frameworks, and create a brand seen as "a beacon of the Atlantic startup community." Currently, Volta has 13 companies involved in its system, either as tenants or common space members. Those companies include TitanFile, FundMetric, and IntroHive. The non-accelerator is backed by big names including Omers and Deloitte.
