We already have working prototypes of soft cheese, yogurt and hard cheese all based on our fermented spirulina. 3rd line is Extruded spirulina which is an ingredient dedicated to the alternative meat industry - we managed to produce a stable product of alternative meat - 97% spirulina, 24% protein, bite, and texture of chicken breast. we truly believe we can change the way the world eats while impacting the local and global ecosystem.
