Elicio Therapeutics: Funding, Investors & Team (Sep 2026)

Elicio is dedicated to re-engineering the body's immunological response to cancer in order to improve the lives of patients and their families. Elicio is developing effective vaccines and immunotherapies for a variety of aggressive tumors by merging his knowledge in immunology and materials science. The Elicio Amphiphile platform allows for accurate targeting and delivery of immunogens directly to the lymphatic system, the "brain center" of the immune response, in order to greatly amplify and strengthen the body's natural system of defenses, destroy cancer, and prevent its recurrence. This significantly improved anti-tumor efficacy and long-term protective memory may enable the human immune system to perform to its maximum capacity in the fight against cancer. Initial patient studies for Elicio's main Amphiphile vaccines against head and neck, colorectal, and pancreatic cancer will start in early 2020.

About FundedIQ's Elicio Therapeutics Funding Data

FundedIQ tracks announced funding rounds and refreshes this profile every week. Round dates, stages and amounts are normalised to a single format, converted to US dollars, and de-duplicated: two records of the same round announced days apart are merged, and two genuinely different rounds are kept apart on the amounts they disclose. Amounts shown are the disclosed figures only — a round announced without a number is listed and excluded from the total rather than estimated.

Employee counts are reported bands, not exact headcounts. Founder and executive names carry the job title on record. Anything we do not hold for Elicio Therapeutics is left off this page rather than filled in.
