¿QUIÉNES SOMOS? HAUX es una empresa asturiana dedicada al diseño, fabricación y venta de edificaciones industrializadas y soluciones técnicas modulares de alta calidad. En HAUX diseñamos y construimos todo tipo de edificios modulares a medida. Estudiamos las necesidades de cada cliente y desarrollamos un diseño modular totalmente exclusivo, dentro de un amplio abanico de acabados, opciones y extras. HAUX cuenta con unas modernas instalaciones en Asturias, concebidas para sistematizar y optimizar las diferentes fases de ejecución del proyecto, reducir los plazos, mejorar el control de calidad y supervisar técnicamente todo el proceso de fabricación. ARQUITECTURA MODULAR La arquitectura modular se basa en la industrialización del proceso constructivo, en el que la mayor parte de la ejecución se lleva a cabo en fábrica, en condiciones controladas, y una vez terminada se transporta en módulos tridimensionales a la parcela, en cualquier punto de la geografía. En en el punto de destino, únicamente será necesario ejecutar la cimentación, las conexiones a los servicios y el ensamblaje y remate de los módulos. Este sistema de construcción permite un control continuo de cada proyecto, por lo que la calidad obtenida es máxima, muy superior a la construcción convencional. La construcción industrializada nos permite crear edificaciones modulares de máxima calidad y eficiencia energética.
