Helocyte Inc., a company owned by Fortress Biotech, has a focus on developing and selling new immunotherapies to prevent and treat cytomegalovirus. We also plan to study Triplex in recipients of organ transplants. The third program, Pentamer, is still in development and will be studied for prevention of congenital CMV.
