Live Ventures: Funding, Investors & Team (Aug 2026)

A publicly traded firm on the NASDAQ Capital Market is Live Ventures Incorporated. Our business, which was formerly known as LiveDeal, Inc., was first formed in 1968 under the name Nuclear Corporation of New Mexico. Days before NASDAQ was scheduled to delist LiveDeal in late 2011, our CEO and activist investor Jon Isaac saved the company from certain insolvency. With Isaac at the helm, we immediately brought in an ambitious new management team and a life-saving healthy rush of new money. Together, our team started to transform LiveDeal into a fierce rival to mobile marketing titans like Groupon and Living Social. But in terms of our LiveDeal goal, that achievement was just the first step. The previous LiveDeal now proudly goes by Live Ventures.

About FundedIQ's Live Ventures Funding Data

FundedIQ tracks announced funding rounds and refreshes this profile every week. Round dates, stages and amounts are normalised to a single format, converted to US dollars, and de-duplicated: two records of the same round announced days apart are merged, and two genuinely different rounds are kept apart on the amounts they disclose. Amounts shown are the disclosed figures only — a round announced without a number is listed and excluded from the total rather than estimated.

Employee counts are reported bands, not exact headcounts. Founder and executive names carry the job title on record. Anything we do not hold for Live Ventures is left off this page rather than filled in.
