Ochy
Ochy is an application that utilizes video and AI technology to enable individuals to assess their technique using their smartphone, even at remote locations. The main AI component is designed to analyze human movement, with an additional algorithm that determines whether proper biomechanical movement is being executed during running. Through the AI analysis, we are able to identify areas of weakness in a person's technique and develop an exercise plan to enhance these weak points, consequently helping athletes to prevent injuries and enhance efficiency in running. The primary AI technology has a wide range of applications, such as assisting coaches in understanding their athletes and creating effective training programs, helping runners without coaches to assess their technique and develop improvement plans, and aiding medical professionals (such as kinesiologists and osteopaths) in evaluating their patients' technique and providing appropriate rehabilitation methods.
