The acronym UNISERS stands for "Universal Surface-Enhanced-Raman-Spectroscopy" and is based on nanotechnology. The only surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy technique now in use that can identify all non-volatile contaminants regardless of their chemical characteristics is their unique technology. As a result, they can analyse various contaminants in liquids using the same test. Their technology is based on Raman scanning and sample preparation. The non-chemical sample preparation increases the Raman signal of contaminants by a factor of 100,000 and enables the detection of trace impurities.
