Now, through a dramatic evolution where the famous Ben Wyvis Distillery was renamed Ferintosh, and the nearby Glenskiach distillery in Evanton opened and closed it's doors in unison, we have the opportunity to witness a new beginning. In keeping with the history of Ben Wyvis a modern heating system is planned for the new Micro Distillery, it will be powered by the energy produced by the existing farm Renewable technologies with heat coming from Biomass and Solar thermal.
