Born out of the 2017 Northern California wildfires, Homebound was created by a local team of construction, real estate, design and technology experts who set out to create a better homebuilding solution for friends, family and neighbors affected. Homebound is the first homebuilder to manage the entire building process for homeowners and support them every step of the way — from insurance negotiation and architecture all the way to permitting, construction and move-in.
