ecop is a technology company that develops, manufactures and sells novel high-temperature large-scale heat pumps and chillers for industrial use. The systems have a much higher efficiency (COP) compared to the prior art and have lower operating costs due to less loaded wearing parts. Further advantages arise when used with different temperature ranges and the possibility of high temperature delivery. The basis for this is the compression of the working fluid by centrifugal force with rotation up to 1800 revolutions and subsequent expansion of the medium in a single-phase process. Several national and international patents have been granted. The working medium is ecologically sustainable (environmentally neutral, no release of greenhouse gases possible) and non-flammable. ecop helps customers recover energy, protect the environment and save costs.
