ZoomInfo pricing

A median of about $33,500 a year. With a very wide spread.

ZoomInfo has no price page. What exists publicly is contract benchmark data, and the useful part is not the median but what moves it: platform mix, credit volume and the overage terms nobody reads until the invoice arrives.

The overage trap, which is the expensive part

“Vendr data shows buyers who negotiate credit terms upfront often avoid $10,000–$50,000+ in unexpected overage fees over the contract term.”

Exports are credit-metered, and the credit allowance is negotiated separately from the seat price. That means the number on the contract is a floor rather than a total, and the gap between them is set by how much data your team actually pulls. It is the single item most worth pinning down before signing.

What moves the quote, in rough order

  • Platform mix. SalesOS alone is a different contract from SalesOS plus MarketingOS plus OperationsOS.
  • Seats. Per-seat rates fall with volume; teams of 10 to 20 pay noticeably more per seat than teams of 50 or more.
  • Credits. Export and enrichment volume, and the overage rate attached to it.
  • Add-ons. Intent data, Chorus, website visitor identification and advanced API access are each priced on top.
  • Term. Two and three year commitments unlock the best rates, and remove your ability to leave.

If the only signal you wanted was funding

Most people reading a ZoomInfo pricing page want contact coverage, and for that there is no substitute here: we hold no phone numbers, no intent data and no contacts outside recently funded companies. But a meaningful share of that spend is bought for one trigger, which is knowing when a company gets new budget. That slice costs $19 a month, per account, with about 230 newly funded companies arriving every Monday.

The honest side-by-side, including the four things ZoomInfo does that we do not, is in our ZoomInfo comparison.

ZoomInfo pricing questions

How much does ZoomInfo cost per year?

They publish nothing. Vendr's anonymised contract dataset puts the median at about $33,500 a year, with an observed range from $7,200 at the very small end to $155,190 at the large. The spread is wider than most software categories because the platform mix varies so much.

Why is the range so wide?

Because you are not buying one product. Seats, which platforms you take (SalesOS, MarketingOS, OperationsOS), credit and export volume, contract length and premium add-ons like intent data and Chorus all move the number independently.

What are the hidden costs?

Credit overages are the big one. Vendr reports that buyers who negotiate credit terms upfront often avoid $10,000 to $50,000 or more in unexpected overage fees across a contract. Onboarding, training and custom integration fees can also apply on enterprise deals, and are often negotiable.

What should I negotiate?

Credit terms first, since that is where the surprise bills come from. Then which add-ons are inside the base contract rather than billed on top, and onboarding fees, which are commonly waived for multi-year commitments. Per-seat rates drop meaningfully above roughly 50 seats.

Is there a cheap ZoomInfo tier?

Not in the self-serve sense. There is no published entry plan and no monthly option; a multi-seat annual commitment is the normal shape. If you want something you can buy today at a small number, this is the wrong vendor rather than the wrong tier.

What if I only care about newly funded companies?

Then most of that contract is coverage you will not use. FundedIQ does that one slice for $19 a month, per account rather than per seat, with a 14-day trial. It holds no phone numbers and no intent data, so it is a replacement for a reason to call rather than for ZoomInfo itself.
